The Ipurua Municipal, Spain

home of SD Eibar, is a compact and historic ground located in the heart of the Basque town of Eibar. With a capacity of just over 8,000, Ipurua stands out in Spanish football for its intimate atmosphere and dramatic mountain backdrop.

Originally opened in 1947, the stadium has undergone several renovations, most notably during Eibar’s remarkable rise to La Liga in the 2010s.

Its architecture blends simplicity with functionality, staying true to the club’s humble roots. Despite its size, Ipurua has hosted giants of Spanish football, and represents the spirit of resilience and community that defines SD Eibar’s identity.
